pull down to refresh label is visible when it shouldn't

Bug Description

There's some problem with the Pull down to refresh label. It gets stuck being visible sometimes...

To reproduce, use it a couple of time, scroll it out of the view etc. It happens pretty easily

This sounds like a duplicate of bug 1368548, but I've not found a way to reproduce it. Michael, do you think it's the same issue?

Yep, seems to be a duplicate indeed. It happens pretty much always when I use the pull to refresh with the evernote 300 account, then scroll the list a bit down and back up to the beginning.
