Bug Description

When initially setting up to use the crossref plugin, the user must make an account. The configure box shows the URL that the user must follow.

That URL cannot be:
 1 selected to copy/paste into a browser
2 clicked on to open a link in the browser

I've attached a patch that gives action 2 by adding a vertical box to crossref.ui containing the old label (sans URL) and a link button with the URL as label (There may be a widget that allows both 1 and 2, but I couldn't see it in GLADE).
