Bug Description
Make Readfeeder smart enough to put my most-used tags at the beginning of the tabbar, and my least-used at the end.
Need a way to quantitatively measure tag usage. Options:
* How often/last time a tag was used in a filter (this would be self-perpetuating)
* How often/last time an article with a given tag is opened (Gives a better measure of actual interest)
