Bug Description
If raspbian boots before the monitor is connected or not yet booted (as with "smart" monitors), raspbian falls back to a default resolution and does not attempt to refresh this, meaning you'll need to restart the pi to get proper resolution. It would be nice to have this done dynamically in runtime.
