IPv6-only DNS issues with DHCP6

Bug Description
With only IPv6, I have configured dhcpcd for hwaddr-based SLAAC. The client gets the address without issues, but although dhcpcd accept dhcp6_name_server and a packet trace shows the DHCP6 server sends the IP addresses to the DNS servers, dhcpcd/resolvconf but doesn't add them to /etc/resolv.conf. Setting DNS servers with RA works, however. We've been debugging this for some hours now…
