Check slave provisioning via binary log replay

We need a test that provisions a new slave via replaying the binary log by printing it using mysqlbinlog and then piping it to the mysql client. This will check the operation of the binlog end-to-end and make sure that the output of mysqlbinlog is executable by the mysql client , even if Annotate events are present.
