WebCamBox doesn't work if created on a non-selected tab

Bug Description
Step:
1. Create a notebook UI
2. Put a WebCamBox on one of the notebook pages that is not visible by default
3. Select the tab
Result: the tab doesn't get selected, all kinds of weirdness ensues. I believe this is due to the way the xid gets assigned in on_realized in this scenario.
The workaround is to create it on a selected tab only.
