/opt warning for derived templates

How to trigger bug
$ quickly quickly ubuntu-application local-template
Copy ubuntu-application to create new /home/tony/quickly-templates/local-template template
$ quickly create local-template local-app
Creating project directory local-app
Creating bzr repository and committing
Launching your newly created project!le 0/1
Congrats, your new project is setup! cd /home/tony/projects/bug_report/qq-edit/local-app/ to start hacking.
$ cd local-app/
$ quickly save
