Bug Description
They result in an error that lazr.restfulclient can't be imported, even though it's installed on the system.
Adding "import lazr.restful" before any "import packaging" line in the two templates band-aids over the problem.

I couldn't reproduce on a fresh Lucid install. I updated everything, installed quickly, ran "quickly create", then "quickly package". But I didn't hit any issue.
Can you give reproduction steps?
