Bug Description
Steps:
* edit a memo
* focus a List element
* scroll the view up and down
Expected:
* it should be possible to scroll to the bottom
Current:
* keyboard covers bottom part of the view
NOTE: this could probably be made a UITK bug as well, as this should be handled much better in our toolkit still.
