What does the transition schedule for Qt 5.2 look like? Is it a certainty that it will be done prior to 14.04? If so, how far in advance? The Music app should be moving away from the qtgrilo plugin. This might be a slow move, however, as we still need to ensure the new Mediascanner v2 QML plugin (which will replace qtgrilo) provides the capabilities the Music app needs.
