I can only get the test configuration for scope development

Bug Description

Today, I just used the scope template to create e a template scope. However, I found that I could not run the scope on desktop or the phone since it only has the test configuration to run. It was not like this yesterday.

add set(UBUNTU_MANIFEST_PATH "manifest.json.in" CACHE INTERNAL "Tells QtCreator location and name of the manifest file")

this is a workaround of the problem
