Device tab content page needs to allow vertical scrolling

Bug Description

If the content on the devices page does not all fit vertically on the screen it will be cut off without the ability to scroll. This is a problem if your windows isn't big enough (especially on smaller screens) because you can't access things like the "Autocreate" button for kits.
