Jump to section/chapter

It would be really helpful to have a jump-to-section command. It would be especially useful in very long documents like manuals and datasheets.

I envision it working something like in Evince/XReader, where you can type the section and it does a substring match on the sections.

It should ideally also work from the command line, so you can open a document by section/chapter name without knowing the page number.
