Bug Description

I am using XFCE and want to maximize the screen real estate by disabling the window borders when maximized. But then i cannot see the current page in the title bar of the window.
It could be displayed as an semi-transparent overlay in a upper corner. Disappearing when the page doesnt change if wanted.

Hello Jan,

thank you for taking the time to report this. I am not sure if this is want you are looking for, but we already have an option called "Current page in window title", c.f. the interface tab of the settings dialog.

Best regards, Adam.

The problem with this is that i use an option in XFCE which cut the
window border and title at fullscreen. So when i use qpdfview fullscreen
the title with the current page is not shown.

Best regards, Jan

Hello again,

if you use the window fullscreen, the idea would be to have the current page visible in the tool bar. But I guess you did disable this as well? I think now I understand you request: An overlay of the main document view, that displays the current page for a short amount of whenever it changes?

Best regards, Adam.

Yes i personally disable that as well, because i mostly use the arrow
keys + modifiers to scroll or zoom.

Exactly, an overlay on the main document area!

Thanks for your patience and great work on this app! i use it as my main
pdf viewer at university :)
