I find it commendable that you are willing to give such a large amount of memory to such a humble program as qpdfview. ;-) Just committed the addition of 1 and 2 GB to trunk revision 1435 which should hence hit the daily built packages soon and be part of release 0.4.8 on Sunday. However note that 2 GB is the maximum size possible since Qt's QCache stores the cache size as type "int".
