qdiff: Better navigation for complete diff

Bug Description
It would be great to have navigation for complete qdiff - I mean e.g. (ideally both ;)
- up/down arrows for going to the previous/next difference + info like "2/9" (the 2nd change from 9 changes)
- some visual marks on the right side of the qdiff window in places where the files differ - for quick navigation (one can click on such marks); these marks would ideally have the same color like the type of a change (blue for edit etc.) and maybe a tooltip (number of changed lines e.g.?)
Thanks for this great plugin, I use it very often and I really like it.
BTW how can one report enhancement in launchpad? Thanks.

Thanks for looking at it - I think that this feature would be really useful and would improve usability.
(I tried to use it now with file which has about 1200 LOC - quite hard to find the exact place where the code change is ;)
