qcommit/qbrowse: Add ignore option

Bug Description
When "show non-versioned files" is selected in the commit dialog then there may be some files that the user would like to ignore. In that case it would be nice if there was an ignore context menu entry that the user could select that would add that file to the ignore list and not show it in the commit dialog.

I don't think it suitable to bring ignoring mechanics to qcommit. It's much more suitable for qadd/qstatus command or something similar.
