[test-browser] No way to cancel a hung test

Bug Description
If you cancel a hung test, the whole run aborts. Ideally all hung tests would be fixed before release, but this doesn't always happen (it also helps on the first run on a devel release to see how many broken tests there are). I would think kill -1 should mark the current test as failed and move on.
