auto-upgrade-testing jobs have no facility for testing specific branches

Bug Description
The bzr branch used should maybe be a parameter. Maybe this is only desirable on the staging jobs, but I think maybe we can trust people not to intentionally run jobs with bad parameters on production. After lp:auto-upgrade-testing is packaged, the jobs should use the package version unless they're specifically given a branch to use.
