Coverage is conflated for different project branches

As illustrated by this particular project (Click) http://162.213.34.64:8080/gaps/project/click/, the coverage dashboard is conflating the coverage reports for lp:click with those for lp:click/devel. You can see that the jobs with a coverage figure of 79.5% point to http://jenkins.qa.ubuntu.com/job/click-devel-utopic-amd64-ci and jobs with a coverage figure of 76.7% point to https://jenkins.qa.ubuntu.com/job/click-utopic-amd64-ci. Different branches need to be reported seperately, or allow the branch reported to be configured,
