Bug Description
There are two REST-APIs in zcc: GET /guests/vnicsinfo and GET /guests/nics,
one is to get the nics monitor data and the other is to get the nics definition/couple status as recorded in database.
the url name is almost same and confusing, need to update one of them to be more clear about the difference.
