Bug Description

Related to VM66120 APAR
Due to the change, Virtual_Network_Vswitch_Query_Extended call will print out 5 characters as vlan id, native vlan id and user vlan id, such as "00010", it should be 10.

Besides, it will use 32768 to represent vlan id NONE, which is weird to the end user. Change 32768 to NONE
