Bug Description
Tooz may consider introducing safe queue recipe, such as in Kazoo[1], to support distributed (redundant) systems that would benefit from it.
Most importantly, such a recipe should provide the "at-least-once" message delivery semantics which is currently missing in Oslo.messaging[2].
