Bug Description
The snippets "About Application Dialog" and "About KDE Dialog" are duplicates. They do the exact same thing, are by the same author and have only very minimal differences in code (most of which are simply variable placement/naming changes). One of them should be removed to avoid duplication etc.

I haven't got the KDE Python bindings on my system, but I was under the impression that one was about kde and one was about the application - can someone can confirm if they are duplicates or not?
