Bug Description

Apparently, Liberty version of python-saharaclient is using oslo.log, like here https://github.com/openstack/python-saharaclient/blob/stable/liberty/saharaclient/osc/plugin.py#L17

But in the requirements https://github.com/openstack/python-saharaclient/blob/stable/liberty/requirements.txt there is no oslo.log line.

In master requirements.txt is already fixed. In my opinion, we should to backport the patch to liberty... I think is not a big issue
