inconsistency in openstack network show command

Bug Description

Compare to python-neutronclient most of the empty field from openstack network show command showed as "None".
but same logic not applied to the fields "availability_zone_hints" and "description" from openstack network show command output.
To make consistent availability_zone_hints, description from openstack network show command also need to shown as "None" when there is no value.
