I guess you just mean adding a CLI for this in python-novaclient. This is really a blueprint (feature), not a bug.

The following patch has been merged in master.

https://review.openstack.org/409413

But it is not included in the latest release (10.1.0).
So change the status to 'Fix Committed'.

It is not correct.
It should be 'Fix Released'
