Bug Description

The refactoring to use Oslo's base Resource class (4045979418e6c4807caf03f83ca164fb817355cc) broke bash-completion for UUID's and human_ids.

We should add back the code.

The bash-completion write code appears to have been intentionally removed from the Oslo version, for now, we can just monkey patch it back in for the Nova version of `Resource`.
