Bug Description
The server side has been updated to run the same logic for all list handling operations but the client commands range largely from supporting only --limit to supporting most ordering and selection parameters.
All commands should be updated to support the common parameters for list operations.
Common parameters are: limit, marker, sort_keys, sort_dirs, fields, all_projects
