magnum baymodel-create optional parameter(external_network_id) needs update

Bug Description
WHile doing magnum baymodel-create both name and id can be specified for external network, but the description doesn't say about it. Also option name is external_
But if name is given then baymodel creation is successful. So following change are required
update parameter external_network_id to external_network, and update the description.

Also, this is with other parameters like flavor-id, master-flavor-id, so better to update description first and then decide to change the parameter.
