Bug Description

When you run the help command 'glance help image-create' and 'image-update it shows the args 'self'. However these arguments cannot actually be changed and should be filtered out of the arguments list.

As https://bugs.launchpad.net/glance/+bug/1499368 is valid bug based on the fact that our API documentation expects owner being settable, this would be invalid.

Remove self from image-create/image-update

Self is not meant to exist as it is a READ ONLY property, that is not
meant to exist as something the user can change.
