Bug Description
Tried this with both the python client and CLI:
$ ceilometer help event-list
usage: ceilometer event-list [-q <QUERY>] [--no-traits] [-l <NUMBER>]
List events.
Optional arguments:
-q <QUERY>, --query <QUERY> key[op]
--no-traits If specified, traits will not be printed.
-l <NUMBER>, --limit <NUMBER>
$ ceilometer event-list --limit 100
