Bug Description
I tried to call remove-relation between a subordinate charm and a normal service, and I got this:
$ juju remove-relation sub normal
Unsupported attempt to destroy subordinate service 'normal' while principal service 'sub' is related.
First the message is somewhat wrong, as it says "destroy subordinate service" whereas I only call remove-relation (though that may the same). More importantly, the names are inverted.

This is indeed wrong and quite misleading. It should be clarified.
