Bug Description
Just a note to investigate this...
heavier-weight than our native LXC local provider, but this might be pretty handy for charm-school and/or general adoption.
mac/ubuntu/windows laptop running virtualbox running either multiple ubuntu VMs for units or perhaps just a single ubuntu VM running an lxc local provider.
