viewing "most listened tracks" hangs up pyjama

Bug Description
After fixing Bug # 432653 some plugins now crashe pyjama and makes the xserver stuck until pyjama is killed.
Reproducing this Bug:
1) Run the lates pyjama version from bzr (257)
2) Play an album
3) Go to Extras-
4) Move the mouse over the songs shown in this menu frequently
After a short time Pyjama and the xserver do not respond anymore.
After un-commenting line 36 in the listenstats-plugin (the threaded-decorator for the class), this behavior can not be reproduced.
I am using Ubuntu 9.04, no terminal output available for this bug.

I think this problem was solved with Sebastians fix for Bug #432653.
