Theme system improvement

Would be great in 0.2.1

Would be great to renew the theme system. Especially since clutter migration, some attribute have become obsolete and others could be very interesting to introduce. Probably post clutter milestone tough or we will never release it ;)

The retro doesn't even work correctly since clutter, I suggest this will become one of our priority after clutter.
Adding a gtk wysiwyg interface could be a good thing to.

Shoud we remove the retro theme from the clutter release or try to fix
it berfore releasing?

Well if the only problem is that clutter is to dump to cut the images we can
fix it really easely.
Considering I'm in blocus do what you want, the themes aren't the priority.
