Bug Description
I started a new book (Introduction to Web Application Development) and clicked the "New Chapter" link, and filled in "app_a" for Chapter Number and "Creating a User Space Python cgi Server" for Title. Clicking the "Submit" button returned the following error:
enter an integer between -1e+100 and 1e+100
"Chapter Number" should be changed to "Chapter Name", and app_a should be an acceptable name for the file.
