pyax needs merge call

pyax currently doesn't support the merge API call for Leads Contacts and Accounts.

Some research is necessary to determine the best way to code this.

Initially, I believe that, similar to convertLead, this call should be made available on sobject types of Lead, Contact and Account. Modified fields on the sobject will be treated as an update, and then one or two IDs of the same type may be provided to merge into the master sobject.

What's not clear yet is how to do this as a batch...
