pyax is missing convertLead call

Bug Description
pyax does not have a call analog for convertLead, but some structure is already in place to support this.
The call would be added to sobject.leadapi.py in the LeadAPI class as this class is part of the inheritance chain only for Lead type sobjects.
beatbox.py will require addition of this call as well.
