Bug Description

Currently, the stable channel of the prometheus-pushgateway snap is using version 0.3.0 of pushgateway. This differs than upstream stable which currently states that the stable version is 1.2.0. That would make the snap running a 4 year old version of pushgateway.

It would be nice if the snap was up to date with upstream in order to get performance and security updates in the delta between versions.
