Success/failure message should describe merge request

Bug Description
When PQM sends me a "success" or "failure" message for a merge request, it doesn't include the summary of changes that I entered in the request. For successes, including the summary would help me keep track of what bugs I should be marking as fixed. And for failures, including the summary would give me something to copy and paste for the next merge attempt.
