PQM should record the run time and successfulness of its jobs

Bug Description

PQM should record the durations of its jobs, both successful and unsuccessful. The last N successful job durations can then be used to calculate an average duration for jobs which, along with the start time of the current job (see bug #133232) can be used to estimate the time at which the job will complete.

This can also, in turn, be used to estimate the start time of the other jobs in the PQM queue, though obviously accuracy could not be guaranteed (bug #133156).

This is already recorded as part of the regular log file, but it could be made more useful I think, so keeping the bug open.
