Bug Description

when setting "hold for moderator" in "Message Acceptance" settings of a list (both cases list member and non list member) the mails get anyway delivered directly without any investigation.

I suspect this may be a Mailman3 bug, though, since the other settings I've checked were being set correctly in REST.

Note to self: verify that these settings are actually being set correctly via the rest API / check to see if the bug occurs in Mailman3

I just asked on the mailman list, and this "hold for moderator" setting only applies to new list members, not existing ones. Can you test from another email address after changing the setting and report here whether this bug is still valid?

This is no longer reproducible in Mailman 3. I can't point to a specific fix, though, so I'm not sure whether to call it "Invalid" or "fix released" -- I'm erring on the side of "fix released". thank you!
