Bug Description

If a user manages to open a composer without having setup any accounts, Postler should automatically offer that rather than failing to work. This is important if another application pulls a 'Send via Email', notably Contractor.

I am pondering how this should work exactly:

- Have the composer partially turn into an account setup?
- Have the main window show up with the welcome screen, and the composer waits for it to finish or cancel?

In the case of Contractor, I'd like to give the impression that the user has not ever left the application they were originally working in. Would it be possible to bring up only Postler's new account dialog, then the compose dialog right after it?

Yes, we can do that.

Actually a tricky point here is that a user could theoretically try to ignore the account window and open the main application at the same time... need to think how to technically handle that.
