Polly crashes/deadlocks on pasting long URL with trailing @Usertag

I'm trying to compose a tweet via pasting the following URL/text:

Every time I paste the tweet into the compose area, Polly completely locks up and must be killed.

I have link shortening disabled. Enabling does not change anything. Omitting the trailing @ChangeGER does work.
I'm on Polly 0.93.12 (pre-alpha 3.12)
