use symbolic icons in stream

Bug Description
The action icons in the stream should use symbolic icons from the theme instead of these greyed out ones. The icon names in question are:
"mail-reply-
"starred-symbolic"
"non-starred-
"help-info-
and I would suggest creating a new icon "retweet-symbolic" to be installed to /usr/share/
