embed assistant into window

Bug Description
On first launch, there is nothing inside the main Polly window. Why not embed the account assistant into that window instead of showing two windows?

Hmm, that would work for adding the first account, but what about the others? Wouldn't switching to the current method for the others create inconsistency?
