Avail of app lifecycle features when resuming app

When the app resumes from one of the non-active states, it looses:
The page it was on, as well as
The podcast it was playing, and
The exact location (it's usually a few minutes behind when the user manually plays the episode again)

Expected:
The user should be presented with the app in the same state it was in before it was put into one of the non-active states, both visually/navigationally and in terms of media playback.
