Bug Description
Add a button next to the icon name entry that allows browsing of icons in the current icon theme. The icon browser should then replace the applications list in the window.
The icon browser should have a vertical list of icon contexts on the left that are used to filter an icon view on the right.
When icon browsing mode is activated the toggle for technical applications should be replaced with a back button to go back to the applications list.
